When choosing a solicitor for your purchase we encourage you to compare apples with apples. We hear about our competitors saying their prices ‘start from’ which is then followed by a long list of add ons. We know that you want to be clear from the start what your lawyer is going to cost.
We get asked all the time what our price includes, so let’s break it down.
For a simple, standard, straightforward transaction:
- Review of Sale and Purchase Agreement
- Freehold, Cross-Lease or Unit Title properties
- Review of Title
- AML
- LIM report review
- Builders Report and review action if necessary
- Loan documents returned to bank
- Registration of mortgage on title
- Any administration fees
To put it simply, that’s all the emails, all the phone calls, all the work required, across all types of properties.

A big factor in any legal process is the cost, and for first home buyers every penny counts. We don’t believe in hiding our costs, or making our pricing information hard to find. Our fee for a standard property purchase is $2,150.00. Our only ‘hidden’ cost is in plain sight, with an additional fee of $150.00 per Kiwisaver application.
